Registering multiple accounts under the same name, the same identification card number (MyKad), the same mobile phone number, or the same email address is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

mixue88 offers a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, as well as cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for all available payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for crypto payments which are calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
